We currently ship across the United Arab Emirates only.

• Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days.
• AED 15 flat shipping on orders under AED 135.
• Free shipping on all orders of AED 135 or more.

Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order total.

Returns

• Unopened products can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
• If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right.
• Opened products can't be returned for hygiene reasons, unless faulty.

To start a return, email us at hello@fomoskincare.com with your order number. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned items.
